5.3Startup

5.3.1 Installedthetrackerinthecar,thenputtheSIMcardintothetrackerhostoutdoors.

5.3.2 Forfirstuse,pleaseinitializetheunitandrestoreittodefaultsetting.(pleasereferto5.4forinstruction.)

5.3.3 In10or40seconds,theunitwillbegintoworkandacquiretheGSMsignalsaswellastheGPSsignals,

andtheredindicatorwillkeepflashingevery2secondswhentheGPSmoduleisinstandbymode.Whenthe

blueindicatoriskeepshine,theunithasbeenlocated.

5.3.4 WhenthisunitreceivesGPSsignalsnormally,youcanuseitanddoallthefollowingsettings.

5.4Initialization

Send “begin+password” inSMStotheunit,itwillreply “beginok” andinitializeallthesettings.(Default

password:123456)

5.5Changethepassword

5.5.1 SendSMS"password+oldpassword+space+newpassword"tochangethepassword.

Remark:Makesurethenewpasswordisin6digits,orelsethetrackercannotrecognizethepassword.
